How shud i handle ths prob pls tell me..?

my bro is a teen ager and he alwys compare himself wth me..wth its my schl hols,or anythg.. whn i try to make him understd not to do ths.. he took it in wrong sense ..often get angry..situation get worse..whn i discuss ths to my parents..they say try to avoid..he has growing age
