People who have GERD help?

This doesn't sound totally like gerd altough some of the symptoms could be a sign of it. The doc is testing you for H. Pylori bacteria which some believe predisposses people to gerd but does not mean that you have it. I would go back to the doc and ask if you could have an ES&D test. Its a fluroscopy guided (live xray)test that looks at esophagus, stomach, and duodeum. This should tell you whether you have gerd.
