Should I watch Cannibal Holocaust?

I kind of want to watch Cannibal Holocaust and Salo, but I'm not sure.. I'm 14 and a girl, and will these like scar me for life? And are they more disturbing than scary, or vice versa? And you can ruin the ending for me, I don't care, I'd rather you tell me so I can know what to expect. The most 'disturbing' movie I've seen thus far would be, hmm, maybe Funny Games (not in terms of image, but script & story line) and 2 Girls 1 Cup, haha not a movie but it still made me sick
