What should I put on my baby registry?

I bought a lot of clothes my auntie gave me like 2 garbage bags of new and used clothes from newborn to 9 months. So clothes wise I am almost set. I have a boppy, play yard, baby swing, my aunt also is giving me her old baby crib and my friend is getting me a bouncer. I want a play-mat but I don't know if I need it if I have a play yard/gym. What are some important things that I need? I have a few bottles, baby bath, blankets, diaper bag, safety kit, baby towels, swaddle blankets, photo albums including a baby book, i have bibs, and pacifiers. I appreciate the help thanks guys =]
