NBA 2K10 turn off player morale?

Can you turn off that feature in 2K10 because its annoying i got a center thats rated 86 and is young coming off the bench behind my other center thats older and rated 90 and the younger one is down 6 overall to 80 because of morale then everyone else is down 2 to 3 points overall one of my starters is complaining for more minutes and he is playing 40 minutes a game but do you guys know how to turn it off or get around this?
