Should I get a standard strat, or a fat strat?

Okay, I'm getting a squier strat. The only problem is, I'm not sure whether to get a standard one, with 3 single coil pickups, or a "fat strat" that has two single coils, and a humbucker at the bridge position. I'm going to be playing shred guitar, hard rock clic rock, clic metal, punk, grunge, a little blues, and a little reggae (more like sublime than "real" reggae). Thanks in advance, and please, no ripping on squiers, because I'm getting one, regardless of whether or not you think that squier is g@y.
