Is there a word stress dictionary?

I don't know how to explain it but for example in a limerick the first line is "da DUM da da DUM da da DUM". My teacher tried to explain it to me but after a while we both agreed that i am tone deaf. SO, I was wondering if there was a dictionary that would tell me that "There was" is "da DUM" or that "rather" is "DUM da".
