Sleep Paralysis ?? Please help?

It happens to me all the time. I am 32 years old and it happens to me when I dont get enough sleep. One time when this happened I woke up seeing the devils face staring me in the face and I heard the screams of hell and I was startled and I couldnt move and couldnt say anything at all.. my buddy said the same exact thing happened to him. I dont go to sleep without my wife at least being home. She has to shake me out of it sometimes. I just lay there and shake trying to get out of it and I will be breathing like freaking out. I can hear her saying stuff like BABE BABE!!! WAKE UP!! and I cant respond. Its really creepy but I do hear that it happens to everyone normally
