Adam's missing rib. Just curious?

The Bible states that the rib used to make Eve came from Adam. That doesn't mean that every male is missing a rib or that men have less ribs than women. I admit that many so call Christians ignore that fact as well as basic human anatomy to the obvious frustration of many individuals. I am writing this to the shame of my fellow Christians. It is very hard to witness to someone when you ignore Biblical details and scientific principles.
