How many movies were based on Joseph Conrad's novels?

I know that The Duelists (1977) and The Secret Agent (1992) are exact adaptations of his novels. There was also a version of Lord Jim (1960s) with Peter O'Toole. Apocalypse Now (1979) was based on the main plot of his story, "Heart of Darkness". Any others?
