I am looking for a decent digital camera to replace my old Casio exilim ex z1080?

I love my old Exilim. Its a 10.1 MP and takes great pictures. The camera also has great options. Unfortunately it is no longer working (due to not taking care of it) & I am looking for a good camera to replace it with. I have been looking at the casio s5 and I like the look of it, but have heard that it is cheaply made. Does anyone know of a good digital camera that is budget friendly, at least 10 MP, and takes a SD card (preferably due to already owning SD cards, but I am willing to purchase a diff one)? I also would like one that has a quick shutter speed because I like to take a lot of random & spur of the moment pictures. Thanks ahead of time for your itance.
