Troy smith and Ravens?

I like his chances of winning the starting job. He has a lot of potential and room to grow, where I think Boller and McNair have peaked and are now on the downslide. Troy Smith has a lot of work to do and a lot to learn, but the Ravens really need to give him a chance. Right now they are garbage, so why not see if the young gun can be a leader and take the team to the post-season next year.
