How do i convince my mom to let me wear makeup?

Ok. Im eleven years old and all i want is to be able to wear mascara and a nice colored lip-gloss. At the most, i want to also be able to wear concealer and some soft green or a light pastel colored eye shadow. Dont tell me im too young. Because, my friends started wearing it when they were eleven and never even asked theyre mom and theyre mom was ok with it! I just want to wear it not to look older, but to hide my acne. Its not alot at all, i usually have very very clear skin and at the most ive had three zits at one time. I just want to enhance my natual 'pretty' features. I need some help on how to convince her. :)
