Is this really a stupid tattoo idea ?

Sounds like a great idea, maybe he just doesn't know what a cette tape is. Was he really young? An older artist would probably see the coolness of that idea. I'm in my mid 30's and I love the idea. I would go elsewhere to get it done if I were you. Sounds like maybe he isn't taking it seriously. Plus, it's your tattoo, and I try to keep my opinion on overall design choice to myself. If I can find ways to improve the design, I will, but not make fun of it. Best wishes!!!
