Perfectionism?

How do I get away from thinking that I always have to be perfect and win everything? This habit is losing me my best friend, fueling my cutting problem (which I have begun to get help for but still have a long way to go with,) and causing a lot of anxiety and sleepless nights. I always worry too much about things and am deathly afraid of failure. I wish I didn't have to be perfect like this, it's hard. People call me "genius" at school and "encyclopedia" and "dictionary," but I just DON'T have all the answers and am actually really lost!
